* URI
a string of characters used to identify a name or a resource. Such identification enables interaction with representations of the resource over a network (typically the World Wide Web) using specific protocols. Schemes specifying a concrete syntax and associated protocols define each URI.
* URN
A Uniform Resource Name (URN) is the historical name for a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) that uses the urn: scheme.
* URL
a specific character string that constitutes a reference to an Internet resource. A URL is technically a type of uniform resource identifier (URI), but in many technical documents and verbal discussions, URL is often used as a synonym for URI.[1]

  1. Hey there would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re using?
    I’m looking to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time making
    a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
    The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
    P.S Apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
